    Update: Facebook released breaking changes to their platform without updating the community, which prevented several comments from coming into the platform. There are bugs filed at Facebook regarding this. LiveWorld has developed a workaround and released the changes to fix this issue for our users.

It affects their front-end applications and programmatic access to them, How does this affect you? 1) Facebook public content collection currently broken & agent replies are currently broken 2) Facebook Messenger content collection (OK. for how long?) & agent replies are currently broken 3) Instagram content collection currently broken & agent replies are currently broken There is no ETA yet for a fix from Facebook.     Update: We are closing this incident Facebook is still reporting "degraded Performance (since 15hrs ago)". but Facebook recovery metrics are slowly trending in the right direction. The LiveWorld team

    Update: We are continuing to monitor for issues. Facebook status is still unknown and They have not yet published any improvement metrics.... Note: As a user trying to send a brand response to a Facebook message or a Facebook private message, you may get unlucky🥺 and get a "Failed to post reply" error message in our platform. This would be typical from Facebook rejecting your message. We suggest you wait several minutes ⏰and retry. . . .

    Update: Dear users, As You may have experienced, Facebook has been having difficulties with their applications and APIs in Production this morning. As a result, Incoming content was delayed. The situation now is improving to normal. We will continue monitor for the next few hours.
