    Update: Our hosting provider (as well as the broader Internet) was affected by a broad-based DDOS (distributed denial of service) attack that has ended. The LiveWorld platform is back to normal operations.

    Update: Our servers have been experiencing delays processing incoming content and outgoing replies. We are actively investigating and will update you as soon as we have new info. Thank you for your patience.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Over the past few days, we have released a series of code improvements and database optimizations that have resulted in increased processing speed, a reduction in time retrieving content, and further enhanced our platform's scalability. We will continue to monitor and apply enhancements as appropriate. Thank you for your patience.

    Update: Content processing is back to full performance, and we are closely monitoring to catch any delays that may crop up. Meanwhile, we are preparing a patch to fine-tune some aspects of content processing. Although content processing is normal at this time, we will leave this incident in the "Monitoring" state until we release the patch.

    Update: We have identified several overlapping causes for yesterday's content processing (mainly a slowdown on incoming content, but also causing some errors posting replies). We took steps yesterday afternoon (PST) to mitigate them in the short term and are working today to remedy them for the long term.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Dear all, Some of our servers have been under heavy stress processing incoming content or outgoing replies for a couple of hrs. It seems to affect only some accounts and mostly Twitter streams. We have immediately refreshed and tuned the affected servers. Since then, we see content coming in spikes while servers are still catching up. However, we are very actively investigating and tuning further and will update you as soon as we have new info.     Update: Dear Customers, This preventive note is only for our customers, who monitor customer-specific web form channels via our platform. If you are not one of those or do not have any idea what this content is, then this does not affect you and feel free to discard this message. 👍 Our Engineering team has noted an increase in activity on our custom APIs bringing this specialty type of content (web form) to you. We are already looking at ways to eliminate this situation to avoid any possible visible slowdown on these specific channels. More soon... The LiveWorld Team

    Update: Hi all, We have just deployed a very tiny performance enhancement fix few minutes ago, as expected. All users should have access to the platform again.     Status: Identified
    Update: Our developers have identified the cause and are coming up with a low-impact patch that we will deploy before the end of the business day, Pacific time. We will update this issue just before deploy the patch, which should entail no (or, at most, only momentary) downtime for agents in the platform.
  • Time: Dec. 1, 2017, 6:15 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We have detected a slight performance degradation on certain Facebook Messenger conversations that involve 3rd-party bots. We are investigating, and will update this incident as soon as we have news. The issue is limited to the Messages module, and has no effect on general platform performance.
