    Update: We're currently investigating an issue impacting our Cloud Telephony service in AMER. Some users may experience dead air/no audio when placing an inbound call to Teams.     Update: Date: 14th December 2021 Through our proactive Security Management capabilities, we have been alerted to a flaw with a library (Log4j) that is used extensively in web applications globally. Our real-time proactive Threat and Security Management Systems have so far found no vulnerabilities against the Log4j library. We are continually monitoring this in parallel with running additional in-depth scans at regular intervals as part of our Security Incident Management process.
