Description: For a period of about 45 minutes, Nutshell experienced increased load which resulted in slowdowns and error screens for some users. The issue has been resolved and root causes identified. We're working hard on fixes to keep Nutshell fast and stable for all users.

Description: This morning at 7:40am, EST, we encountered a 17 minute outage, caused by a failure of a crucial caching service. Our team was promptly notified, and Nutshell was back online 17 minutes later. No data was lost. We're sorry for the trouble, and we'll investigate how to prevent this type of problem in the future. Description: Over the past three days, some of our customers encountered slowdowns in accessing Nutshell. We're sorry for the trouble. As of 4pm, Wednesday, January 9, our team has tested, deployed, and confirmed a fix that has resolved the performance problem. As always, we keep charts on this page, powered by a third party, to demonstrate our commitment to performance.
