    Update: Navigating to Pendo Feedback from within the Pendo UI should now be back to working as expected. The issue was caused by some changes made to app.pendo.io earlier today that have been rolled back.

    Update: We are currently experiencing an issue with switching to the Pendo Feedback product using the in-app product switcher.     Update: At this point we are confident that the issues previously seen with Mobile functionality is resolved. If customers experience additional issues, please contact Pendo Technical Success

    Update: Our engineering teams have made the appropriate adjustments and we believe Mobile Analytics and Guides are now functioning as expected. We are continuing to monitor our performance to ensure appropriate functionality. Once we believe the issues are fully resolved we will update appropriately.

    Update: We have been made aware of an issue with our Mobile functionality across the Pendo platform. This is believed to be impacting Analytics and Guides for Mobile. Our team is aware and working quickly to understand the scope of the issue and steps to resolution. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.

  • Time: Sept. 27, 2022, 2:16 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Google experienced an issue in Datastore which impacted Pendo customers in pendo-eu, particularly with guide errors and latency. The issue was resolved at approximately 5:30 ET, for a total impacted time of approximately 2 hours. There should be no outstanding issues remaining, and no action necessary for Pendo customers to resume normal operations.
