    Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Sept. 9, 2022, 5:55 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The issue has been identified and a fix has been deployed. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will update if there are any additional findings.
  • Time: Sept. 9, 2022, 3:45 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an issue that is causing certain users to be unable to save their guides. The deployment of existing guides is not impacted.

  • Time: Aug. 31, 2022, 7:51 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: At this point we're confident that guide deliverability, inclusive of Resource Center deployments, should now be fully operational. If any further issues are seen, please contact Pendo Technical Success.
  • Time: Aug. 31, 2022, 7:32 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified the cause of the issue and are working through the fix and monitoring impact. Guide deliverability should now be recovering and we will continue monitoring for full resolution. Additional updates will be provided as soon as they are available.
  • Time: Aug. 31, 2022, 6:57 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: While the Pendo application should now be available, we are now aware of impact to our guide deliverability where guides may not be displaying as intended. Our engineering team is aware and working to provide resolution as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as soon as they are available.
  • Time: Aug. 31, 2022, 6:39 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are aware that the Pendo application, accessed at app.pendo.io, was previously unresponsive. We believe we have made the appropriate changes to resolve the issue, but are continuing to monitor. We will provide updates once we believe the issue to be fully resolved.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: At this point, our team has restored our systems to normal functionality with event processing occurring normally. Any Pendo subscriptions that may have experienced a delay in processing can expect data for events to reflect normally within the next 24 hours. Please contact Pendo Technical Success should any further issues be seen.
  • Time: May 16, 2022, 12:45 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: System errors suggest collected events may not be processing correctly as of 8:15 AM EDT. We are currently investigating.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The incident has been resolved and guides are deploying as expected.
  • Time: May 12, 2022, 8:57 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are aware of an impact to our guide delivery service. This is causing some guides to fail to be delivered to visitors, even when eligible. We are actively deploying a fix to our code that will remediate the issue.
