    Status: Resolved
    Update: Between about 5:35 PM EDT and 6:10 PM EDT on Saturday, July 2, some users were intermittently unable to log in to SharpSpring. As well, some public API endpoints had persistent failures. No data was lost, but calls to many API endpoints during this time would have failed.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: June 3, 2022, 11:19 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A fix has been deployed, and previously observed failure cases are no longer being delayed, and are now functioning as normal. We'll continue monitoring. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the issue, some delayed form submissions will not be retroactively processed. The data isn't lost, but further effort is required to re-process those missing submissions.

    Update: A possible cause of the issue has been identified, and a fix is being tested.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We're seeing intermittent issues with form submissions, resulting in long delays in processing. We are currently investigating.
