    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: July 1, 2023, 6 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The updated extension is live with version 3.1.1013. You don’t need to do anything to get the update as Chrome and other browsers will pull the update automatically. We will continue to monitor the situation for a while.

    Update: We're aware of an issue where clicking the "Language" button in the browser widget doesn't do what is expected. We have identified the root cause and have developed a fix. It will take some time for Google to review the update, and we will update this incident once it is approved and live. In the meantime, you can change the language through the meeting's settings.

    Update: This incident has been resolved and we have improved our infrastructure to reduce the chances of this happening again. Apologies for the inconvenience!

    Update: We are aware of an issue affecting a small number of users in some of their meetings in Microsoft Teams. The issue manifests as Tactiq starting but not showing any transcript being captured in the widget and not producing a transcript at the end of the meeting. This is caused by a change in Microsoft Teams that is slowly being rolled out. We are currently working on a fix. Sorry for the inconvenience!
