    Update: Nylas is investigating the problem, however this issue will affect inbound emails from synced Google inboxes. For those that want to follow the outage, you can do so with the following link: https://status-v2.nylas.com/

    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Aug. 21, 2024, 10:14 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We've had a few reports of this today. It's looking like an ISP that covers much of (mostly) the midwest, changed something related to their IPs such that they started being blocked by our firewall. We have made the necessary changes to our firewall, however, several short links have the 403 response cached. That should clear by midday tomorrow. However, if you know of any links that are being blocked, please email them to [email protected] and we can manually clear the cache immediately. Sorry for the issue! The internet is a constantly changing place...

    Update: The database maintenance has completed and things are operating normally! Apologies for any issues related to this maintenance continuing into the morning - the process took much longer than anticipated.

    Update: The system is still undergoing maintenance. We will provide an update as soon as it has completed. New estimate is 8:00 AM Saturday morning PT.

    Update: There was a slowdown, which has bumped the estimated completion time to 5:15 AM Saturday Morning PT. This page will be updated once the maintenance has completed
