    Update: This incident has been resolved. We continue to communicate with Stripo and revert to the latest version of their plugin, when it is production ready.

    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Instead of using the latest plugin version from Stripo we hard-coded in a recent version (v1.78.0) that does not have the bug the latest version does.

    Update: The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

  • Time: March 8, 2022, 7:30 p.m.
    Status: Postmortem
    Update: Turns out that database updates we made prior to this issue relieved the bottleneck that our servers were set to trigger autoscaling around. As a result, when the system usage spiked our servers did not scale up as intended. We updated to the new bottleneck and the system is back to autoscaling during usage spikes, as intended.

    Update: This incident has been resolved. We'll continue monitoring and make system upgrades after a post mortem.
