Description: Facebook social posting functionality has been fully restored. The ability to post messages to Facebook was interrupted when some of Zift’s permissions were unintentionally removed by Facebook during a recent change request. Due to intermittent symptoms of the problem, isolating the root cause and the subsequent Facebook change request review process to have the permissions restored, created an unusual delay in our normal issue resolution performance. Users are encouraged to login to Zift and verify that your Facebook account has remained connected. We apologize for this service interruption.

Description: For a few hours on the morning of Wednesday, September 19, 2018, we noticed some errors within the Zift123 Platform. Some of the issues being reported were in regards to email functionality and company profile updates. These issues were due to an outage with our Email Service provider that has since been resolved. The areas of the platform that were impacted are now fully functional.
