    Status: Resolved
    Update: Facebook social posting functionality has been fully restored. The ability to post messages to Facebook was interrupted when some of Zift’s permissions were unintentionally removed by Facebook during a recent change request. Due to intermittent symptoms of the problem, isolating the root cause and the subsequent Facebook change request review process to have the permissions restored, created an unusual delay in our normal issue resolution performance. Users are encouraged to login to Zift and verify that your Facebook account has remained connected. We apologize for this service interruption.
  • Time: March 27, 2019, 8:20 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We regret to inform you that we have temporarily lost the ability to post to Facebook pages. We know that social media plays a critical role in your marketing efforts, so please be assured that we are working with Facebook to restore this functionality as quickly as possible! While we do not yet have a firm timeframe for resolution, we are hopeful that services will be fully restored soon. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this unexpected change may cause for you.

    Update: For a few hours on the morning of Wednesday, September 19, 2018, we noticed some errors within the Zift123 Platform. Some of the issues being reported were in regards to email functionality and company profile updates. These issues were due to an outage with our Email Service provider that has since been resolved. The areas of the platform that were impacted are now fully functional.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: For a few hours on the morning of Wednesday, September 19, 2018, we noticed some errors within the Zift123 Platform. Some of the issues being reported were in regards to email functionality and company profile updates. These issues were due to an outage with our Email Service provider that has since been resolved. The areas of the platform that were impacted are now fully functional.

    Update: The disruption in service affecting our Email Service Provider has been resolved. Marketing Emails, To Partner Communications, System Emails, Auto-Provisioning (SSO partner creation process), and Lead Distribution and Lead Management Emails have been restored to full functionality.
