Description: From 2:30am EDT to approximately 10:15am EDT the Zift Advanced Reporting Tool experienced an outage. A bug introduced an extra filter system-wide, which resulted in all reports returning zero records. If you had any reports run during this period, they will need to be re-run to get correct results. The issue has since been resolved.

Description: Facebook social posting functionality has been fully restored. The ability to post messages to Facebook was interrupted when some of Zift’s permissions were unintentionally removed by Facebook during a recent change request. Due to intermittent symptoms of the problem, isolating the root cause and the subsequent Facebook change request review process to have the permissions restored, created an unusual delay in our normal issue resolution performance. Users are encouraged to login to Zift and verify that your Facebook account has remained connected. We apologize for this service interruption.
