    Update: February 2nd, LinkedIn API resumed normal service.

    Status: Identified
    Update: At approximately 5:30pm EDT on 31 January 2018, LinkedIn API started intermittently failing to complete API requests from their API user base including Zift Solutions CMM. These service errors affect the ability for CMM Zift123 users to post company status updates to their company profiles. We are monitoring LinkedIn's responsiveness to the resolution of these error events and will provide an update when these errors subside. This error type is presented in the CMM Zift123 user experience as the Social feature failing to execute the requested post without an accompanying error message.

Some logged-in users may have encountered error messages and may not have been able to load some pages within the application. We quickly identified the root cause of the instability and deployed a fix within 30 minutes of the initial incident. All systems are now operating at optimum performance.
