Description: At approximately 11:30am EDT on 05 October 2017, we identified several areas of instability within the Zift123 platform. Some logged-in users may have encountered error messages and may not have been able to load some pages within the application. We quickly identified the root cause of the instability and deployed a fix within 30 minutes of the initial incident. All systems are now operating at optimum performance.
