    Update: The issue has been corrected and we are now monitoring to assure all is operating as designed.

    Update: Services are being restored in the EU/Germany region. We are still seeing servers with 'adep' being affected. Act-On will continue to monitor and perform maintenance to restore service.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We are currently seeing intermittent connectivity issues with multiple Act-On features for our EU/Germany region only; these are servers with 30x in the URL or 'adep' when logged into the platform. Email sending for these accounts are not affected. Act-On is monitoring the situation and performing maintenance to restore service. We will provide updates here as soon as we have them.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Following yesterday's maintenance, we have resolved this issue. Basic Auth is also available again for the Dynamics Connector. You may need to re-connect to Dynamics if you haven't already done so. To connect with OAuth (Non MFA) you can follow these <a href="https://connect.act-on.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402658485143-How-to-Connect-to-MS-Dynamics-with-Oauth-365-Only-">instructions.</a> If your organization requires MFA you will want to connect using <a href="https://connect.act-on.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034068814-How-to-Connect-to-Microsoft-Dynamics-with-Basic-Auth-All-versions-">Basic Auth.</a> If you continue to experience issues connecting Act-On to Dynamics, please let our support team know <a href="https://connect.act-on.com/hc/en-us/requests/new">here</a> so we can investigate further.

    Update: We have confirmed that Marketing Lists are taking longer than expected to load. This issue appears to affect all accounts. Our team is working on a fix that will be deployed at 9:15am PT.
