    Update: Our team has released an update to resolve the reported issues and are monitoring the results.

    Update: Some customers are reporting they are unable to add or edit images using the File Manager when editing emails. Some users have also reported being unable to access the Settings page. Our team is actively investigating these issues and will work to provide a resolution as soon as possible.

    Update: Our team has released an update to resolve all login and navigation errors within SharpSpring accounts. All users should now be able to access and fully navigate within accounts. If you are still experiencing any issues accessing your account, please contact SharpSpring Support for further assistance.

    Update: Some users are reporting they are unable to log into their SharpSpring accounts. Some users have also reported being unable to navigate within their account. Our team is aware of these issues and is working to restore full login and navigation access and functionality as soon as possible.

    Update: Our team has released an update so that scheduled emails are now visible on the "Scheduled Automation Events" page for all users. If you have any questions or concerns regarding email scheduled, please do not hesitate to contacts our support team.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Some customers have recently reported that pre-scheduled emails are not appearing on the "Scheduled Automation Events" Page for some users. Our team has investigated the reports and confirmed that all emails are being sent normally at the selected dates and times. If you would like to review email send events to ensure your email has been scheduled, you can also review scheduled emails within the Content Calendar or the Audit Log.

  • Time: Dec. 7, 2022, 3:07 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The SharpSpring Facebook app has been restored as of the morning of Wednesday, December 7th. Users should now be able to connect social accounts and post to both Facebook and Instagram. If you are experiencing any further issues with posting to Facebook or Instagram, please contact our Support team for further assistance.
  • Time: Dec. 6, 2022, 8:40 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Over the weekend of 12/3 - 12/4, an issue was identified which caused the SharpSpring Facebook App to be taken down by Facebook. This has caused some users' social posting settings to disconnect from Facebook and Instagram, and Facebook and Instagram accounts cannot be re-connected at this time. Users whose accounts have remained connected are still able to post to Facebook and Instagram successfully. Our team is currently working with Facebook directly to re-instate the app as quickly as possible and restore full Social Posting functionality for all users.
