    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Feb. 24, 2018, 1:30 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: During our server maintenance, Ryver organization sites were triggered to come back online prior to the maintenance being completed. This is causing chat connection failures. We should have this resolved shortly.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The chat server reboot took about 5 minutes. Everybody should be fully back online now, and we have a lot more CPU cores running the servers. Thank you for your patience.
  • Time: Feb. 6, 2018, 3:31 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Customers were experiencing performance issues this morning, to the point where we went ahead and upgraded some servers, attempting a no-down-time increase in performance. However the chat servers ended up having to cycle in order to work properly with the new hardware. We're sorry about the interruption.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Feb. 1, 2018, 5:10 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We had an issue with one of the web servers in our rotation this morning. Any users who hit that particular server were encountering errors, or unable to log into the app. Other users were fine. We have removed that server from our load balancer and the errors seem to have stopped. We are now working on bringing everything back to full capacity.

    Update: Ok, the signup site is working again, but may not be 100%. Continuing to monitor...

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are going through some forced reboots on Amazon AWS and investigating why the signup site (https://signup.ryver.com) did not come back up properly.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Dec. 18, 2017, 9:42 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: There was a brief incident with the chat servers, causing client errors and inability to connect to the real-time API. Automatic fail-over kicked in within 30 seconds, but there were several minutes of limited access to the servers while they recovered. We apologize for the inconvenience.
