    Status: Resolved
    Update: We applied some security updates to our web servers this afternoon. The last web server to be updated had some issues when it was put back online, so users hitting that particular server experienced 500 error responses intermittently for possibly as long as an hour, between 13:15 and 14:15 PST. Our apologies for the inconvenience!

  • Time: Sept. 20, 2017, 9:58 a.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue has been resolved and is being monitored. Our upgrade contained a bug that caused massive table scans on a 20 million record database table. We fixed the issue and ran another upgrade and are monitoring everything.
  • Time: Sept. 20, 2017, 6:59 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are investigating a heavy load on some of our subsystems after the upgrade. We may need to put some of our customers into maintenance mode while we apply some changes.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Our automated deployment was unable to complete because of a temporary issue with one of the servers. We had to reset and start the upgrade over, which took us about 20 minutes to do. Apologies for the delay.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are investigating an issue with our automated upgrade process.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have not seen any issues since pulling the offending server out of the mix.
  • Time: April 20, 2017, 5:07 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We pulled the offending server out of the mix at 9:59 and traffic seems to be operating normally. Continuing to monitor.
  • Time: April 20, 2017, 5 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Traffic to one of our web servers is encountering errors and not re-routing to one of the good servers. We are removing that server now.

  • Time: April 19, 2017, 7:54 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have been monitoring for a while. The load seems to have eased and we are not seeing any 502 errors being reported. We're going to close this incident and continue watching.
  • Time: April 19, 2017, 7:36 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
  • Time: April 19, 2017, 7:08 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are seeing heavy server load and some difficulty responding to all requests. An investigation is under way for the cause.
