    Update: TSYS, a credit card processor for SpotOn and many other POS companies, is experiencing nationwide system issues, which may be affecting your ability to run card transactions on your SpotOn point-of-sale. We are aware of the issue and in close touch with TSYS as they work to resolve the issue

    Update: An upstream processing service is having issues, impacting our payment processing.

    Update: On 8/13/2021 we experienced an intermittent EMV connectivity issues for some customers. The temporary work around, was to reboot your Credit Card PIN Pad if you experience a loss of connection. The issues resolved by Friday evening. A full postmortem is being conducted with our hardware partner as they identify the issues on their end.
