Customers may have experienced a delay with SMS/MMS message delivery for a short time at the top of the hour today as message volumes were higher. Message delivery is currently back to normal. Description: Zipwhip engineering detected a potential issue with toll-free and 10DLC provisioning and cancellations. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating however this issue appears to be resolving.

Description: Operations Engineers have concluded that the provisioning delay with the Carrier will continue to be an ongoing issue. The wait time has improved since opening this issue, but on average the expected delay could be approximately 10 days for provisioning changes to take effect on the Carrier side. This delay may cause message delivery issues To and From T-Mobile subscribers for newly provisioned and deprovisioned lines. We will be closing this Incident, but customers should be aware of the above details moving forward. You may escalate any further questions or concerns to your appropriate escalation paths. Thank you for your patience with this Investigation.
